Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated Web developer
(HTML/CSS/HTML5/WordPress/CMS/Joomla) with self-starting skills to join our team of skilled
IT professionals.
Candidate should be flexible enough to work in both solo and team
working environments.
Required Technical Skills
Substantial experience of using Content Management System (CMS).
PHP and HTML development outside of WordPress for landing pages, microsites, etc.
Setup of WordPress options, plugin installation and configuration.
Incorporating all necessary HTML and CSS into WordPress themes, templates and additional PHP and HTML pages.
Escalates potential CMS changes, content mapping discrepancies or other roadblocks to project implementation to CMS Lead Developer.
Professional Skill Requirements
Ability to work in a process and deadline driven environment
Ability to lead and work effectively with a global, virtual team
High energy level, self-motivated, and demonstrates initiative.
Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes.

Core Responsibilities:
Project Scoping:
Based on customer requirements, scope the project timelines/milestones
Work with the development team to assess the complexity/feasibility of the project delivery.
Define and estimate the time required to complete the different phases of the project.
Create a consensus with different stakeholders and objectively set customer expectations.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Google Suite: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms – Mandatory
Understanding of Project Management – Milestones, Deadlines and tasks dependency – Mandatory
Strong communication and IT fluency. Past work with US/Canada markets is preferred. Excellent English speaking/writing skills – Mandatory
Expert working knowledge of Web development in general, specifically WORDPRESS/Graphic Design – Mandatory
Understanding of Agile/Waterfall process – Highly Preferred
Resource utilization analysis/reporting – Mandatory
Creating informative presentations in Microsoft PPT with the ability to present and deliver in a convincing manner – Highly Preferred

UI/UX Designer.
Responsibilities:
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Job Specification:
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
